ZillowVERIFIEDI honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Tammy Grassi. Purchasing my first home was such a huge milestone in my life, and having Tammy by my side throughout the entire process made it so much more special and so much less overwhelming. From the very beginning, Tammy was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about finding the right home for me. She never made me feel pressured or rushed, and she was always there to answer my questions, explain things, and help me through every step of the process. Buying your first home can be scary, but Tammy made me feel like I wasnt doing it alone. She went above and beyond what I ever could have expected from a realtor, and I will always be grateful for the time, effort, and heart she put into helping me make this dream a reality. I am so thankful that I chose Tammy to help me purchase my first home. I didnt just gain an amazing realtor. I also gained someone who truly cared about me and wanted to see me happy in my new home. ZillowVERIFIED The Tammy Grassi Team was wonderful to work with and would highly recommend them. They were professional, knowledgeable and responsive in every way. My sale was a unique property which was part of an estate sale. The Tammy Grassi Team worked seamlessly with my attorney and me to overcome obstacles that a less experienced realtor may have overlooked or been unfamiliar with.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife Christina and I had been thinking of buying a parcel of land for a few years. We found a couple of lots we liked, and my wife contacted Tammy to pick her brain simply for some knowledge about buying land since they had a prior friendship. We had dealt very briefly with a random realtor for information about the lot. BUT, within less than a day of knowing the address for the lot, Tammy had already dug into land deed, the history of it and the farm it had come from and the covenants in the deed. At that point, we suddenly realized that Tammy was our realtor! It just "felt" different than talking with the other realtor, and her emailed video breakdown of everything that needed to happen was very professional, succinct, and information rich. We valued Tammy's candor and knowledge about the house building in general since she knows it all as it is the family business. Her contacts helped us complete our pit/perk test and hopefully more in the near future. Tammy is easy to talk to, on the phone and in person, and wants to know your hopes and dreams and how you can achieve them. And again, her honesty keeps you grounded and within a realm of financial reality. And she keeps on you to meet deadlines too as it could be all too easy to not complete the tasks required for lot buying. Not surprisingly, we did have to hustle quite a bit to complete the pit/perk test. While the lot had sat idle for at least a decade or more (and at least 4yrs with the current owner), the seller wanted a faster closing time. Tammy fought for a longer period for us, but he wouldn't budge. Undaunted, we immediately called the excavator Tammy provided us with and got the pit test set up and completed. The perk test required some brush hogging and then my wife and I digging the six holes for the test. We got it all done and passed with 2 weeks to spare and closed with 1 week to spare in the 60day allotted time!!! It was tight, stressful, and a lot of work, but worth it. And Tammy was there to poke and cheer us on the whole way! We really could not have done it without her. She is awesome! Thanks Tammy!

ZillowVERIFIED I had the pleasure of working with Tammy as my realtor to sell my first home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Tammy did an exceptional job, and her expertise in the real estate market truly shone through. She guided me through every step of the selling process. What stood out the most was how quickly Tammy was able to generate interest in my home. Within just five days of listing, we had multiple offers on the table, and one of them was exactly what I was looking for. Her ability to market the property effectively and bring in potential buyers was impressive. Tammy's professionalism, dedication, and excellent communication skills made this experience truly exceptional. She answered all my questions and provided valuable insights that helped me make informed decisions. I highly recommend Tammy as a realtor. She's not only great at what she does but also a pleasure to work with. If you're looking for a realtor who delivers outstanding results, Tammy is the one to call. Thank you, Tammy, for helping me sell my home so quickly and smoothly!

ZillowVERIFIED Recently we had the opportunity to work with Mr. Tanner Grassi from the Grassi Team. This was our first time purchasing a home and we needed a bit more hand holding because of that. Tanner was patient and attentive; he really took the time to get to understand our needs for this home purchase. He was very insightful and graceful balanced his opinions on the homes we viewed while also letting us lead. His trained eye helped us learn to spot things along the way that might be of concern and how to navigate those concerns. The Grassi team also appears to be well connected to service provider?s that are needed as new home owner?s and through this process, for example they helped us find a mortgage lender that fit our needs. The bottom line is I would consider Tanner again in the future.

ZillowVERIFIED This is our third time buying a home and we can say without a doubt Tammy has been the best real estate professional we have ever worked with. Tammy is has been incredible to deal with from first contact through closing and beyond. She has great local knowledge and has a keen eye for quality construction and potential problems. She was particularly helpful in working with our schedule relocating from out of state including a very full house hunting trip week. Simply the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy was on top of things throughout the entire process. Always professional and knowledgeable about anything I had questions about. When I received an offer on my house and had no idea where I would find a new place so quickly she immediately made a few phone calls and by the end of the day I had a place lined up. I am extremely satisfied with my selling experience. I highly recommend Tammy!

ZillowVERIFIED Tammy is the absolute best in every aspect of buying or selling a home. She is extremely knowledgeable and professional and made the process as easy as could be for me. Plus she has a million reputable contacts for anything you might need along the way. I dont know what the standard is when it comes to realty but Tammy did so much to help me out that I wasnt expecting. One of those was being around when I couldnt be because of my work schedule. Hopefully this is my last home until I retire but I would definitely recommend Tammy and her team and would definitely deal with them again.

ZillowVERIFIED She will do everything she can to sell the house for you. Very satisfied as a remote seller who moved out from the property already and left a bounce of mess to be cleaned. Tammy helped me on everything from trash removal to wall painting. And the house was on contract within two days. Thank you Tammy!

ZillowVERIFIED Thanks for all you did in helping us with our crazy moving experience! If it wasnt for your help I think we would have gone insane. Having sold our house FSBO before our house was ready Tammy helped us with things outside of the purchase of our home, being it finding a storage company for our things and movers for when the time came. Our transaction in purchasing our home went very smooth and we closed with amazing speed. She negotiated things into our contract and even helped get us a little more credit from the seller when some inspection items came up. Thanks so much!
