The way Jessica markets herself, her team, and their work really set her apart, and I knew in Fall of 2020 that I wanted her to represent us when we bought our first home. So when my partner and I decided we were ready to buy in early 2022, we started working with Jessica right away. As we entered the spring/summer market, everything felt extremely competitive, because homes would move so fast. Jessica took time to educate us on each piece of the process and prepare us for everything we needed to know. She's incredibly organized, thorough, empathetic, and so innovative. Jess also has a stellar reputation. Any time we showed up to an open house on our own and mentioned she was our realtor, other realtors raved about her endlessly. Review Here is a great, specific example of how Jessica helped me buy a home: My first attempt at this review was rejected by Zillow for not containing "a sufficient level of detail to be useful" to other users. I'm concise, alright? Well, I did the same exact thing when I wrote a letter to the sellers to include with our offer. I think it was four sentences... Jessica did a major overhaul rewrite on an urgent deadline (and with our permission). She made it sappy and cute and all the things it's supposed to be. She added all the details my brain is apparently unable to conjure. And it worked. Seller chose us in a multiple offer situation, later sharing that it was partly because of our adorable letter. You'll have plenty of realtor options and it can be hard to know who to go with. We'd actually switched to Jessica after a year and five lost offers with another realtor (not a cool move on our part but I promise it was justified). Jessica got our first offer accepted. She went the extra mile for us and was super communicative as we went through the process from a different state. I didn't think choice of realtor would really make a difference. Here to tell you from experience that it does.

While walking through each room, the positive and negative aspects were discussed as what would help to sell the house such as painting, carpet removal or lighting. In the basement and kitchen lighting was dim and we needed new lights installed to brighten areas. The house had fuses and needed a new electrical box was added. After the radon tests came back we needed a radon fan installed. She gave us a list of electricians and radon specialists. Both companies we contacted were professional and efficient.
