Terri was everything we hoped for when we were looking for a realtor to help us buy our first home. She is extremely knowledgeable, especially in terms of home condition because she has a ton of experience as a home remodeler. We found this expertise of hers SO valuable. Each time we went into a new house she was very quick to point out flaws (very helpful as a buyer, because it's easy just to see the positive attributes of a place), and she was always able to give us recommendations for what sort of remodel was do-able or reasonable and what other problems were probably dealbreakers. When we decided to make an offer on a house her knowledge of home values/the market was instrumental. We were able to get a good deal on our house, in huge part to her recommendation of what the house was worth.She was patient with all of our questions (and there were a lot), and very responsive. Best of all we felt we could trust her, which was the most important factor to us in selecting a realtor. Terri is awesome and we'll definitely go with her again if we have more real estate transactions in the future.
