HUNTING LAND or make this YOUR HOME! Just over SIXTY (60) ACRES that joins National Forest land at the top of the property! Less than 1.5 miles from the STOCKED TROUT STREAM of TUMBLING CREEK and not much farther is Laurel Bed Lake! There is an older cabin on this property as well as a barn and even a single wide trailer. We did not add any value for these three structures and they are all being sold AS IS. Per the county records, the water source is a spring on the property - there is a flowing creek that is on the property (see pictures) as well as a septic system for the single wide trailer. Again, these structures are being SOLD AS IS. The spring and septic system will convey as is with no guarantees or inspections completed by the sellers. This property is priced to sell and is approximately 10 minutes from the town of Saltville. There is lots of WILDLIFE if you enjoy nature. This property is zoned Conservation Recreation (CR) so please check the uploaded document for any of those restrictions. CALL YOUR FAVORITE REALTOR TODAY before this is gone.
