What can we say? Denise is #1!! We relocated from north central Florida to south west Virginia and made our new home purchase site unseen, sort of. Denise did a walk through for us, we had posted pictures, video conference and numerous conversations via telephone and email. Denise kept us updated from the beginning and throughout the entire process. She put us in touch with the appropriate home inspectors, telephone/Internet Service Providers, electric company, etc... Denise was always available for any questions and always followed through with additional advice and suggestions, which made our move so much easier, less stressful and eliminated that feeling of the "unknown." Working with Denise during this transaction was absolutely great! Thank you Denise!!

In both negotiations her knowledge and expertise were instrumental in forming contracts that were fast, thorough and fair. I was impressed with the speed of response in returning calls and other inquiries. If she doesn't know an answer she knows where to get it and will call or text to get it back to you as soon as possible. She took the lead on calling a FSBO and asking to see their house for me, while she let me listen in on the conversation. It was a bit outside the amount we wanted to spend, even though we qualified for more. Denise guided me that it cant hurt to go look, and the house ended up being perfect for us. Denise always listened carefully to the pros and cons I found I n the houses we visited, honing in on what I really wanted and needed in a new home. Her attention to our needs and knowledge about the process came through in her careful guidance through the whole process with the FSBO house. Denise even represented the FSBO sellers in making their next purchase too. I wish I could take Denise back to Roanoke and have her sell our house back there that still hasnt sold. The negotiating skills she used was firm and to the point. She listened to our needs in selling and buying another house. We spent a lot of time together looking at houses and I felt like we were "on the same page" with our likes and dis-likes that each house had to offer us. We realize that agents are quite busy with their schedules in this tough economy. With all the foreclosers, short sales, and listing prices constantly dropping... buyers and sellers feel rushed to see a particular home, hoping not to lose the chance to make an offer before another person...and then the process can turn on you and it feels like it is moving in slow motion.
