Bring your vision, and come see this beautifully restored colonial nestled in the heart of Clinton, CT. Built in 1807, this historic home was the homestead of General Horatio Wright, who played an important role in both local and national history. In recent years it has been the home to an Art Gallery and Coffee Shop. Zoned for commercial or residential use, the possibilities for this 3-Story, 4,000+ square foot property are only limited by your imagination. If the abundant natural light, exquisite wide plank hardwood floors, exposed beams and 4 original fireplaces weren't enough to make you want to pack your bags and move right in the structural and mechanical systems in the home were given just as much as an upgrade! These upgrades include a newer roof, Anderson windows, 300-amp electrical service, plumbing, three zoned AC and gas fired heating system! If your vision leans towards the commercial side, there is space for 20-car parking in the back of the property! This one you have to see to appreciate! Schedule your showing today! We are always here to help.
