This a unique property! 87.25 acres of forest, pond frontage, expansive views, and privacy! This off grid home is peace and heaven! Located on a Town maintained road is the great thing. The driveway will be a challenge for some but sometimes, that's just what it takes to be alone. It's solid but steep so an all wheel drive would be preferred. The home was constructed in 1997. This owner has improved it even more. There is a new metal roof, all new battery storage and electrical configuration to include a whole house generator and all new lighting. There is a solar array that produces abundant power. An all new propane delivery system and all new water storage to augment the drilled well. There are new placements of propane heaters and a new Vermont Castings wood stove. The home has been freshly painted and spruced up in nearly every corner! This can be used year around but this owner preferred to use it 3 seasons because of the distance they lived away. Outside you will get no noise, expansive views to include Mt Piscah and a handy garage that is also wired with electricity. There is 360 feet of owned frontage on Wheeler Pond which is just beautiful to Kayak! The woods are young to mature so having plenty of firewood will never be a problem. This is a great family retreat that does feature 3 sizable bedroom. There is an enclosed porch as well. There is so much more to say but the talking has ended. Come see for yourself of what we are trying to tell you!
