Enjoy the end of a hard days work, overlooking the beautiful farm land and mountains in the distance from the traditional style covered front porch. This property features approximately 250 acres of ground that has farmed alfalfa, hay and other crops in the past. Irrigation comes from a well located on the property, providing strong water rights helping to make this income property even more ideal! Included in the property are all of the current irrigation equipment which includes 2 large pivots. In addition to the pivots, the property features 2 grain silos, a large barn, a covered hay barn, a detached 2 plus vehicle garage, along with a separate 2 story ADU with a full bath and kitchen. The ranch house features 4 bedrooms, 1 full bath and 2 half baths. The home has been recently updated with fresh paint, new flooring, electrical updates, and counter tops! Located midway up the mountain behind the primary home is an additional building site for another home as well, that already has its own well and septic, which previously had a manufactured home on the site. This property presents an outstanding opportunity and needs to be seen to be truly appreciated for what it is.
