Professionally what I really liked about Matt is his experience and knowledge of Klamath Falls. His family history of construction and development in the area gives Matt an edge over others because he's been a part of constructing, buying and selling homes his whole entire life and right here in Klamath Falls. Personally what I liked about Matt is that he has integrity and is kind and very patient too. We put an offer in on a home and it fell through because we hadn't sold our other home yet and I think Matt was more upset then we were and not because of money....he was genuinely sad for us that we lost out on that home. He also helped us find a lender when our lender backed out at the last minute because my husband had just transferred to a new job.
