Matt was amazing, he was super knowledgeable. He gave us advice before we listed that helped it sell amazingly fast. We got a high volume of requests to see the house in just a couple days and he handled all the coordination and communication. One example of many was as we left the home on closing day my son locked a room with the only key to it inside.
