Welcome to the art deco splendor of 860 Grand Concourse, a well-preserved and ideally located doorman co-op building in the heart of Concourse, Bronx. Unit 4J is a spacious, south-facing studio with a primary living space large enough to comfortably divide into a sleeping area and living room without feeling cramped. A separate dressing area off the bathroom leaves plenty of room for an armoire or larger dresser, and features a closet to keep your clothing stored out of sight. A unique attribute of this studio is the separate eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen nook, which includes the 6-range stove, sink, counter, cabinets, and a wine rack, is tucked behind bi-fold doors so you can conveniently close off the kitchen when you're done cooking. There is also a closet in the kitchen for additional storage space. 860 Grand Concourse sits directly across from the Bronx Supreme Court with Joyce Kilmer and Franz Sigel parks just a block to the north and south, respectively. The building has a Blink Fitness directly behind it, and is a 4-minute walk from conveniences like the B/D/4 trains, Dunkin', Starbucks, the newly reopened Regal movie theater, and two large grocery stores. Also in the neighborhood a short walk away are Yankee Stadium with Hard Rock Cafe inside (visible from the building), Bronx Terminal Market which houses big box retailers including Target, Burlington, Home Depot, and Lidl, and a public outdoor gym and children's playground. Financing is available through Citizens Bank.
