One of the most unique oceanfront properties in town. This corner end unit has one of the largest sun deck balconies on the coast. This is the only true one bedroom on this floor and the balcony is larger than all of the other studios on this famous 5th floor at Caravelle. This spectacular unit was just updated with high end LVP flooring with an oversized true one bedroom with a rock tile fireplace and view all the way down the coast from the bedroom window. The owner added a separate sleeping area with shiplap and a twin bed and tv near the entrance and also added and extra closet. The Living room was extended and larger than all the other one bedrooms with this layout as the murphy bed wall was removed with shiplap and can lighting making it feel like a true large living room. There is a nice full size kitchen with granite, backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances. The super-sized amazing deck with that southern coastal view is like nothing else you have ever seen. It is equipped with a new wrap around section sofa, 2 loungers and a high top 4 seating dining seat. This one of a kind unit will not last long as properties like this rarely comes up for sale. Located on the quieter northern end of Myrtle Beach, amazing location for walking the beach, right beside the Golden Mile where you can walk in front of the less crowded oceanfront homes. Caravelle Resort offers a wide range of amenities including indoor and outdoor pools, a lazy river, a kids' splash area, an onsite restaurant and bar, laundry facilities, and a parking deck conveniently attached to the building. If you've been waiting for a rare corner layout at Caravelle, this is one you don't want to miss.
