His experience in the oceanfront market helped us narrow the search down to one area and property type. When we first met him we had no idea what we really wanted or needed since we had never invested in oceanfront property. He listened very attentively to what our investment goals and budget were and quickly provided comparative property information with updates as new properties came on the market. The material was provided in a clear and simple format that was easy for us to analyze and helped us decide on two investment properties in Myrtle Beach. He very patiently and professionally showed several properties over multiple days. Brian appears to have exceptional time management skills and gives great attention to detail. We have closed on one oceanfront property and are looking forward to the closing of the other. We had really excellent and experienced relators in NY and NC and didn't think we would easily find such a high caliber of realtor again. On many occasions Brian held conference calls with my wife and I late in the evening and on weekends and was always extremely informative. There was a specific resort that we preferred and Brian took the time on a few occasions to show us and our family the resort in great detail to understand the benefits of owning there and ease any concerns we may have had.
