Located in the scenic foothills of Altadena, and within one of the most desirable neighborhoods this expansive lot presents a rare opportunity to build a new vision or restore a cherished one in a beloved community. Previously home to a 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom residence built in 1964, the property was affected by the Eaton Canyon Fire, offering a blank slate for those looking to create something truly special. Set against a stunning natural backdrop, the backyard featured an existing pool and spa, with sunset views over the valley below and views of the mountains above. The two neighboring homes remain intact, preserving the charm and character of the area. This as-is sale requires the buyer to conduct their own due diligence regarding future building requirements, including consultation with LA County and relevant agencies for site clearance, hazardous material removal, and environmental remediation. The property previously had access to all utilities, but the buyer must verify restoration requirements. Please Note: This is a drive-by only listing. Do not enter the property due to current safety protocols.
