BUY THIS HOME, I'LL BUY YOURS! Seller will consider concessions up to 4% AND a 2/1 rate buydown, reducing the buyer's interest rate by 2% for the first year of their loan and 1% the second year. Welcome to this amazing hilltop home with panoramic VIEWS. This charming and unique historic property has been lovingly upgraded by the seller, an award-winning artist who intended to make it his forever home but now must move for work reasons. With a bright, open floor plan, the views can be enjoyed from throughout the house. Sitting on nearly two acres, and with PAID-OFF SOLAR, the home includes a graded area ideal for a potential ADU and so much potential for further development (see the map included in the photos). This property has to be seen to be appreciated, close to the city but feels like the country, while still getting the ocean breeze, it is a dark sky, an area perfect for stargazing at night. The home boasts an upgraded kitchen with breakfast bar, wood floors, and there is built-in storage space through the home. The large deck area features a shady patio, plenty of space for entertaining guests, and a jetted Endless Pool exercise pool/spa which comes with the property. A Finnish sauna is also included with the property. Up a long driveway, there is plenty of space for guest parking, and the garage space has been converted to a sound-proof recording studio, perfect for media creators or musicians, or could be converted back for parking. El Nido, or the nest, was historically the home of Fallbrook's wild peacock population, and they can still be heard around the area. The property is also wired for fast Fiber Optic internet service not available in most areas.
