This sophisticated Thunderbird style home is situated in a desirable neighborhood, close to the shops of Blue Jay. The home underwent an extensive remodel in 2020 which elevated it to chic mountain cabin with walnut blasted ceilings and hickory wood floors throughout. It offers level entry into the living room with a vaulted ceiling and striking river rock fireplace as focal point. A slider opens onto the expansive Trex deck (newly built in 2021) nestled in the trees, giving it a treehouse feel. The living room opens to the light & bright kitchen and dining area. The kitchen features dual-fuel Ilve 5-burner stove, forest green cabinets with crisp white honed marble countertops, and a built-in wine refrigerator. Also on this level is a bedroom with detailed William Morris wallpaper and a full, luxurious bathroom with marble floor, Zuma soaking tub and Zellige tile. Downstairs you'll find a versatile den/ game room, flanked by two well appointed bedrooms and another full bathroom with stackable laundry area. Additional upgrades include the water heater, furnace & AC. This property has lake rights and is perfect for year-round enjoyment of everything the mountain has to offer!
