The possibilities are endless with this large four-bedroom, three-bathroom mountain home with a perfect, unobstructed view of Pagosa Peak! This home would make an excellent pet friendly short-term rental. Perfect for a multigenerational scenario too with the separate entrance on the lower level! The sellers moved the washer and dryer to the garage to free up more pantry space in the kitchen. Add another washer and dryer and you will have a set on each level! There is ample parking at this property, and it even has a half circle driveway in front of the house! The over-sized garage has drains for easy clean up! The sellers have had a fence professionally installed in the backyard to keep the fur babies in! Sit out on your back deck and take in the ever-changing view and the alpenglow of majestic Pagosa Peak! All new lighting added to this home and electricity ran to lower patio for a hot tub! Other improvements the sellers have recently made are Primary bath has a new sink, kitchen has granite countertops, new electric hybrid (electric only mode or heat pump) water heater, new gas central heater and a new garage door with more insulation. All blue walls have now been painted white! Hatcher Lake is close by and holds some of the largest fish in the Pagosa Lakes subdivision! Are you a veteran? The current VA loan could possibly be assumable at a low interest rate! Being a resident of Pagosa Lakes gives you access to four fishing lakes and a Rec center that has an indoor pool, fitness equipment, weights, racquetball and pickleball! Turkey Springs is close by for hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, ATVing and Snowmobiling! Continue up Piedra Road to Williams Creek Reservoir for excellent fishing and a Kokanee Salmon run every October! This property is a must-see!
