Tony and Christina were extremely helpful and above all they were non-pressure agents. After looking at a few lots I settled on the one I placed an offer on and now will begin the construction process. They have promoted the local benefits and area extremely well which aided in my decision to choose Pagosa Springs over other communities.

Tony and Christine Kaufman were amazing to work with. They helped us navigate buying from a distance and took the time to really understand what we were looking for. They never tried to up sell us or push anything for a quick sell. One of the best teams Ive worked with. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to make purchase in southwest Colorado. Genuinely good people.

I met Tony through the Zillow app at the first house we looked at. At the time I was unaware of the distance he traveled to meet us. From that point on he was our agent. His dedication and patience with us through a very long summer of looking at a large number of homes in a very competitive market made the process as easy as it could have been. His knowledge of the market and navigating the negotiations got us the best deal possible. Christine made the process very easy when we finally found our perfect home. Timely and efficient. This team is as good at what they do as anyone in the business. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their forever home.

We could not be happier with Tony and Christine Kaufman as our realtors! They were knowledgeable, professional, had a great grasp of the real estate market, were hardworking, honest and always had our best interests at hand. Their focus was not about getting the quick sale, but getting the best sale price for our family. They put our needs first and foremost, above anything else and worked tirelessly to get us a fantastic price on our home. If you want to buy or sell property in the Pagosa Springs, CO area, I would HIGHLY recommend this duo for your real estate needs.

Were so happy we called Tony and Christine. Pagosa Springs is a beautiful place and we wanted to find the best house. They took into account all of the items on our wish list, answered all of our questions, and always took time out of their day to explain every step of the buying process to us. The experience we had with them was the best. I strongly recommend contacting them if youre looking for a house or trying to seel your house in Pagosa Springss

Tony & Christine were GREAT. Wed been looking for a house to flip and rent out for a long time, and we were having trouble finding one that would be lucrative enough for us. But then we talked to them and they really helped us understand this process more fully. Once we started looking, it only took a short two weeks to find a great house for us to use as a rental property. They were super helpful and informative and really effective. Tey worked hard to help find us the right property and now were starting the renovation process to make it more comfortable. Appreciate all the hard work they did. Thanks, Tony & Christine!

Buying a house is one of the most complicated things weve done in the past, but this time around it was so much easier! It really goes to show what can be done when you have an awesome team working with you. Kaufman team was so responsive to our questions and kept us updated on everything going on. When our lenders were being flighty and uncommunicative, Tony and Christine helped bridge the gap. Over all excellent experience with them and I wouldnt hesitate to go to them again next time we need help!
