This property contains a large corner lot of Oak Ridge Turnpike and Louisiana Ave and has multiple points of entry and a traffic signal allowing left and right hand turns into the property. Formerly a UGO grocery store with several local retailers in a strip center this property has a great potential for another strip center, grocery store, convenient store or gas station along with several other uses. Property is currently zoned B2 and has water, sewer, electric, and gas located on 1.92 acres. Buildings are of little to no value, value is in the land and location. This parcel is located in an opportunity zone and can be combined with multiple other parcels surrounding this property should additional development area be required. The proposed motorsports park would be located just down the road from this property and values and traffic count are expected to rise significantly, now is the chance to get in on the ground level prior to the boom. Call for more information and details and dont miss the chance to take advantage of high visibility on one of the busiest streets in Oak Ridge.
