Robert is very knowledgeable of the real estate market and real estate business. He had the right answers to all of our questions. His follow up was great. He new exactly how to handle any problems that arose and new how to deal with the other realtor and vendors. He handled everything very professionally. From the first call to the last handshake, we knew we were dealing with someone that cared about us. He worked diligently for us. I would recommend Robert to anyone including my best friends and family members.

Robert was very patient as we looked for a rental for me to fix up. He couched me on the area and what would be best to fix up to get top ROI. I will use him again when we are looking for another home.Steve

My husband and I needed to find an investment property in East Tennessee in a short period of time. Robert drove all over creation to find a property for us and probably wrote about 10 offers before we settled on the right property at the right price. He was straightforward and accommodating and never made us feel pressured to buy a place that did not suit our needs. His advice and familiarity with the areas wherein we were looking to invest was greatly appreciated and helped us to make a good investment choice. We highly recommend his services and look forward to working with him again in the future.

My husband and I enjoyed working with Robert. He is very knowledgeable, and helped guide us through our first home buying experience. He works hard, but does not try to over sale a house or property. He respected our wants and needs in a home, and helped us find the best fit for our budget.

My wife and I loved working with Robert! He is not out to sell you the most expensive house and does not pressure you to buy a house too quickly. He constantly told us that the most important thing is to find the house that right for us. We also appreciated Robert's experience with remodeling homes and he was able to see various things, both good and bad, about remodeling work that we would not have noticed. Finally, after closing Robert has checked in with us to see if there is anything he could do to help us settle in to our home. We highly recommend Robert and if we ever do any type of real estate, we will go to Robert again!

We wanted to move from Middle Tennessee to East Tennessee to be closer to the Smoky Mountains, and put our son in a Christian school in Maryville. Robert called me and said he had found the 'perfect' house for us. We came down to see his idea of the 'perfect' house, and it ABSOLUTELY was! It exceeded our expectations...we had VERY high standards in a home and in a realtor and he excelled them both! We ended our search and were moved within a month. The entire process was stress-free, with no headaches! We recommend Robert to anyone looking for an honest, hardworking realtor with integrity, and will use him again, if we EVER decide to move from our perfect home. Thank you for your willingness to serve, Robert. With appreciation, James and Angela Patterson
