This house was designed around the things that make people happy. Coffee on the veranda, nights under the maple tree and string lights, throwing the windows open on the first warm day, family and friends crowded around the kitchen island, neighbors waving from the sidewalk. And it was built to be lived in - for bare feet, open doors, muddy dogs, and big holidays. Re-built from top to bottom, and meeting all the standards of a Second Stripe A?A(R) Revival Home, it has the benefits of new construction, the authenticity of a century, and was designed with personality and joy. Each level, each space, has something special - one-of-a-kind historic tile, artful light fixtures, locally-crafted white oak cabinetry, colorful paint and wallpaper. What you won't see is all the trade magic inside the walls, underground and above sight level - systems and structures that make this home ready for many more years of daily life. It's waiting for its people.
