This gem of a property is set back from the road, known as the original Millwood Hunt Club. Set amongst mature and majestic trees with plenty of open yard space. This updated and comfortable home features sunsplashed rooms and an abundance of natural light that floods into the living spaces. The country kitchen features a large picture window that greets you with the sunrise from the southeast. There is a woodstove for keeping cozy on the chilly nights ahead, along with a walk-in pantry and a second staircase. The back entryway has a new mudroom and guest bath. You will find an oversized living room with an authentic brick fireplace, a den area, a dining room with french doors that lead to a three-season sunroom featuring a flagstone floor. The location is ideal for walking, mountain biking, horseback riding, and hiking within the State park, which is across the road. An extremely rare opportunity. Location-Location-Location. Ask the agent regarding potential additional acreage use.
