Hes so knowledgeable in the world of real estate that whenever an issue came up that we thought was going to be a problem, he always reassured us with facts and his knowledge in how every aspect of how this business works and always alleviated our concerns. The furnace broke down after the offer was accepted. We thought we would have to replace it at a large cost, instead David negotiated with the buyer and we ended up taking money off the sale price. ZillowVERIFIED Although this house was bought by our son-in-law and daughter, my husband and I were deeply involved in the sale and now live in the house. Son-in-law Bob Morse was looking for a home that would accomodate his in-laws as well as his growing family of now two young boys. David Ferrini first showed us a home on Macomber Lane that was not appropriate for our needs. He was quick to point out the neighboring home we currently reside in and to indicate that it had been on the market and might come on again. He thought it would be perfect. His enthusiasm, commitment, thoroughness and follow-through made it all happen. We could not be happier. As importantly, David helped in the sale of our home at 514 Worcester Street in Wellesley, MA. He aggressively promoted the house in a weak market, getting us a viusal, for example, in Boston Magazine. Ultimately David felt we would be better off with an agent who was more intimately involved in the Wellesley market and he passed on the name of an agent who did sell our house within a reasonable period of time. For both buying and selling, one would want David on her/his team. Our recommendation could not be higher.
