ZillowVERIFIEDWe recommend Sunshine. We are thankful because she helped us during the entire process (from 1st day to the closing date) . She Provided us with details on the interest rates at this time. It was a pleasure working with her. She is very knowledgeable, and the communication was great.

ZillowVERIFIEDSunshine stuck it out with me during this process and was so helpful, quick to respond, and very knowledgeable. We did everything over email due to geography and it was so dialed in for me!

ZillowVERIFIEDSunshine, and the whole BBMC team was amazing to work with. She helped us out through our whole home buying process and made it super stress free and easy. If we had to redo it again I would be going back to their company and asking for Sunshine!

ZillowVERIFIEDNothing but greatness working with them! Made the entire process a breeze and I would gladly go about the same process again with the same people. Not one single complaint can be made about them.
