I have worked with Prime Meridian for commercial lending, but this was my first PM experience for a personal mortgage. Sheila Rogers, just like the rest of the Prime Meridian team I've grown accustomed to (nod to Chris), was extremely helpful, professional and personable. Sheila came highly recommended by our realtor and we understand why. She is very knowledgeable; knows the right questions to ask; and is very organized (you will get a great email detailing exactly what she needs to complete your loan). She works diligently on the behalf of her customer and is a great part of a "buying team." One example of this was the ease in which we could reach her. As we began putting bids on homes, she could be reached at any time to complete a pre-qualifying letter to include with our bid. In our case, we closed on the sale of one home in another city on one day and closed on the purchase of our new home the next. She worked on our behalf to ensure that the closing on our new home would occur on-time. We found Sheila to be honest, trustworthy and someone we would recommend to anyone seeking a mortgage.

Sheila was very helpful, pleasant, and responsive to all calls/messages. She and her associates made sure we had all required information to HUD within HUDs tight deadlines--even through the hurricane outages, across weekends and even when she was traveling on business. I would recommend this lender to anyone looking for a home loan.
