I am a Certified Mortgage Advisor with over 20 years experience in finances. I have a bachelor’s degree in Health Care Finance later, I worked as a head paralegal in estate planning. I was entrusted by the attorneys in the office to listen to clients during the initial consultation and work with them throughout the process. I specialized in Medicaid planning and applications. Most of my clients were in difficult and sad life situations and had loved ones that were chronically ill and needed care. I took my knowledge and attentive skills to my own business once again as a Certified Medicaid Planner in New York assisting families in solving problems, planning, and applying for necessary healthcare needed for their chronically ill loved ones. My clients and their families were my family. I knew intimate details about their lives and their financial situations. They trusted me because I listened to them and helped them understand their situation. This allowed me to guide them to successfully obtain the care they needed at a cost they could afford. I cared for and talked to them like they were my own family and advised them as such. As a real estate investor myself, I know purchasing a home can be stressful.
