Ive been in the business for 30 years and have worked from the bottom up, processer, assistant, closer and Conv underwriter before coming a loan officer. Having the background of multiple roles helps me guide the client thru the process much more smoothly and help eliminate some of the stress purchasing /refinancing a property can provide. I love to work with 1st time homebuyers especially because I want to make sure they understand the process as it goes along. My ultimate goal for any of my clients is that when they get to the closing table, they have NO questions about the loan and can sign on the dotted line with full understanding of their purchase.
