Hello and welcome, I'm Celia Merritt and I have been in lending since 2003. I am local in Florida, but hold many state licenses so I can help clients all over the country. I specialize in home purchases for primary residences, vacation homes and investment properties, so whether it is your first home purchase or building your investment portfolio I am well equipped with many lending tools and programs. I have a wonderful team of ladies who assist to make the lending process smooth and stress free.
