Carl is best in the business!! If you don’t know by now the home buying process is stressful! From finding a lender to finding a house it is a lot of time and stress. However, Carl made it so easy! We had to get into a house fast! Are child was due in a month! We were able to write a contract and close within 30 days! Carl would always pick up the phone or answer an email within minutes or at least respond within 1-2 hours! He looked for anyway to save us money and always delivered on his plan!
