I’ve gone through the home loan and refinance process a couple times, and working with Ben, Alec and the rest of the Mortgage CS team was by far the easiest, smoothest process. We originally contacted Ben & Alec to try to get a loan on a new house. Along the way, we learned we had better incentives to go with our builder’s lender, but Ben & Alec continued working with us on a strategy to reduce our fees at closing, and refinance at a significantly lower rate than what we could’ve gotten with the builder. Their advice helped us save a significant amount. Once we started working with them on our refinance, every aspect of it, from prequal to closing, was really smooth. The team was great about answering questions and explaining things along the way, and the documents portal was straightforward and easy to navigate. I highly recommend them, and they’d be my go to for the next time I need a home loan or refinance!
