John was available to me at anytime no matter the day and he always answered his phone. If I needed a rush preapproval letter on a Sunday, John would be sure that I had one for my showing without hesitation. Due to my disability, my memory is starting to wane and to assist with that John would talk things through with me slowly and he probably had to explain the same concepts to me multiple times. John never gave me any grief for having to go over the same concepts multiple times and I appreciate that as I do not have control over my cognitive decline. John has shown me nothing but respect throughout this whole process and I will do what I can to steer more business his way if anyone ever inquires on purchasing a property.
