There was a specific house that we really liked that he did point out many negatives that we may have encountered in the long run, which showed just how genuine he was. Again, it was like dealing with a family friend, not a broker who was looking to get us into a home as quickly as possible. We ended up finding the perfect home, he guided us through the whole process of the negotiation, giving us honest opinions and suggestions on how to navigate through the process of multiple bids on this beautiful home. When all was said and done, we sold our house for exactly what we wanted to, bought the perfect home, despite the lack of inventory and settled financially exactly how we planned. We didnt have to stretch any budgets, scramble for any kind of money or anything. When we first met Bill and expressed our anxiety on going through selling and buying, Bill assured us that we just need to have faith in the process he laid out and he couldnt have been more right. I cannot begin to thank Bill enough for everything he did for us. He took a tiny little dream and made it into a reality.
