ZillowVERIFIEDWes was very involved in the successful sale of my house and went above and beyond the job of realtor. My townhouse was rented out when we first listed it. Eventually, the tenant vacated- and Wes was even provided some assistance to the tenant in moving out some of the heavier items. And, having the tenant out made the place much easier to sale. Wes and I had a great working relationship and his advice was very honest and helpful and helped make the place more salable. I would recommend Wes to friends and would not hesitate to use him again.

ZillowVERIFIED Wes was excellent to work with. He was very conscientious of our needs, wants, and budget. He helped us find the perfect home in a great neighborhood and was very on top of helping us navigate the process, even when we we working with a loan type which was abnormal. He kept in contact with the sellers when we had unexpected delays and was very responsive to our needs. Most of all, he is so nice to work with. No stress and yet immediately there when you need him. I would definitely recommend Wes Brewer when you sell your home.

ZillowVERIFIED Wes Brewer was a pleasure to work with. He really listened to our needs as a family, and went above and beyond what we asked him to do. Although he probably worked with many other potential home buyers, we never felt like we were just another number. We felt like he really cared about us and wanted us to get the best house and deal for our family. We will always be grateful to Wes for helping us find our first home.I recommend Wes without hesitation.Eddie Moura

ZillowVERIFIED I'm not one to typically give 5 stars on reviews, but we have really had a great experience using Wes as an agent. He helped us sell our home a few years ago. I feel like he really worked hard to help us get top dollar for the home. We used him again recently to purchase some property and it went very smoothly, even with the few complications involved, he was quick to respond, as well as patient. It made it super easy for us!! Great Experience! Highly recommend!!

ZillowVERIFIED I've been a professional associate of Wes' for many years and know him to be a person of the highest character. He is conscientious about responsibility, and understands "win-win" partnerships. In particular, he has an innate ability to solve problems and consider details others may overlook. Any who have the opportunity to work with Wes will not only receive quality service, but also lasting friendship.

ZillowVERIFIED You need to hire Wes. He will not let you down. He is funny, honest, and knows what he is doing. I trust Wes with any house I sell. He is one of the first people I will talk to if I have any questions about Real Estate, the best locations, the best schools, etc. I have worked with other Realtors and was very disappointed but not with Wes. He gets it.

ZillowVERIFIED Wes is extremely enthusiastic, professional and service-oriented. It was a pleasure working with him. He went the extra mile in networking with other agents out of state to find a client who ultimately purchased my home. I appreciated this team-oriented approach working with me and not minding sharing a commission with another agent. Wes was highly responsive in returning calls and e-mails, answering questions and keeping me updated. I highly recommend him.
