Review Victoria sold my house this summer and recently helped me buy my new home last week. She is great. I have moved several times the last few years and have worked with several realtors and I would never consider working with anyone else. My house sold in a weekend but it took me a long time to find my new home. My favorite quality about Victoria is her patience. She never tried to put me in a house that was not right for me, she just patiently helped me find the right one. I have had a little experience with Michael as well and he is also great. I would and am recommending them to family and friends. She will soon be finding a place for my sister.

Review My husband and I have worked with Victoria several times with investment properties and she is a dream realtor. Not only does Victoria have a wealth of knowledge with the real estate market but she is also very knowledgeable with remodeling and potential hazards of older homes. I could not be happier with our experiences with this team and I will continue to use them in the future. I would not hesitate to recommend Victoria and Michael to my friends and family.

Review We bought out first home a few months ago. We were referred to Victoria Duever by our mortgage broker. Victoria is absolutely amazing. She knows all there is to know about buying a house. She's so friendly and diligent with her work. She was always right there with any questions we had and offered valuable solutions if we had any concerns. She worked hard to help us achieve our dream and I am beyond greatful to have met such a wonderful person and realtor.

Victoria is an excellent representative for a seller. Victoria listed and we sold out home in the first twenty four hours. We had twenty showings and two offers in that twenty four hour period. Victoria is professional and kept me informed. Always returned calls and answered any and all questions. I highly recommend Victoria and if I ever come back to that area she will be the one I reach too for a realtor.

Victoria was very nice and professional. Didn't get a chance to meet Michael. Our house literally sold itself in 3 weeks from list to close. Amazing! But then again, we had several of the buyer 'must-have's' based on a recent realtor.com article. The Duever's photographer did an excellent job. We loved our home and hope the new family will enjoy it as well.

Review I recently purchased a home and Victoria was wonderful in ensuring that the transaction was a quick and smooth process. For me that meant everything as a first time home buyer. When I told Victoria I wanted to make an offer on the house, she immediately went right to work and an offer was submitted the next day. She stayed on top of communicating with me during the steps in the home buying process and was always patient and prompt in answering my questions. It was a pleasure working with her. I highly recommend Victoria if you are in the market for buying a home, whether as a first time home buyer or a seasoned buyer.

I worked with Victoria to sell my home and she did an absolutely awesome job. I started in January and the market was slow, but she made sure that the other agents were showing my home whenever possible. She provided me comps of what houses were selling in my price range on a weekly basis. She took great pictures of my home and provided honest suggestions of what I could do to help improve my sale. I never believed in having an open house, but that is where she found my sellers. I would highly recommend her. She does a great job, helped me get the best price for my home and always provided me the good, bad and ugly feedback from all of my showings. If you want to sell your house, I would suggest you call her!

Review We are first time home buyers & Victoria was absolutely amazing! I would never go through anyone but her. She always had a answer to my question, and always got right back to me. We never got to personally meet Micheal, but he was the first one we got to talk to when we first started looking, he was very helpful and explained everything to us in such detail! I definitely recommend them!

Review We are so thankful that we found Victoria! We were buying our first home, so we didn't know anything about the Home buying process! It was so reaussuring to know that we had someone in our corner, that actually cared about what we needed and wanted in a house. She was there from the very beginning, to the very end, and she has even checked in a few times after closing. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

Review I had my house listed with a different agent for over a year. I switched to Victoria around the first of March , she had an offer in the beginning of April. We closed on May 19th. The whole process with Victoria was very smooth and easy. I would use her again without hesitation.

Review Victoria is first rate! I'm not saying this to be generous, but from experience of selling many properties. Day one of signing Victoria to represent my property she immediately had a professional photographer come in.. Although everything looked nice, (I thought), Victoria made things even nicer with tasteful touches all around. The overall results of the photographer and staging were outstanding! There were more showings in the 4 weeks since the worked for me than the previous several months. On week four she'd had an open house planned...but we didn't get that far. We already had a good cash offer and made the sale. Quick, professional and intelligent. A pleasure to recommend!

Review We met with Victoria on Tuesday and by Saturday, we had found the perfect house for us! Since the homebuying experience can be overwhelming, her and Michael provided instructions on exactly what to do and when to do it! They worked extremely hard on our behalf. You will be well taken care of with this team. 5 stars isn't enough for the service they provide!

Review i am not generally a review writer but victoria was really wonderful to work with. she made the purchase of my first home an easy process. i am grateful to her for being a wonderful help throughout the process. the place i purchased is a condo in an historic building. the situation surrounding the home owner's association was complicated to navigate and she had to do a lot of work to ease the process along. the place i purchased was modestly priced and therefore not her biggest commission i'm sure. she still worked very hard and was easy to reach if i had any questions.
