Matt is a very knowledgable and hard-working realtor. He is highly responsive and respects his client's needs at all times. Beside being incredibly easy to work with, he goes the extra mile doing things other agents would not do, such as going up into my unfinished attic to check on an issue, and checking up on work I was having done after I had moved out of state. He also offered to sell my washer/dryer on FB marketplace for me [buyer ended up taking it]. He negotiated a better final sales agreement for me with a trying buyer. I highly recommend him.
