Review Over the summer, I had the opportunity to use Vicky's real estate office and take advantage of Vicky's extensive experiance and knowledge of the market, It's trends, pricing and demographic for selling. It came at a difficult time where my dad had passed away and we needed to sell the family home. On a scale of one (being not so good) to ten (being the best), Vicky Kustov as a Professional Realtor is a 10+++. From the first day Vicky walked into our house she assured me that everything would be fine. For our initial meeting, before we even decided which agent we wanted to hire, she had prepared comparables, a timeline of the selling process and explained what was involved with selling to a builder versus listing on MLS. She advised us on what we needed to do to prepare for the sale, had a schedule of what and when the different phases would be happening, and communicated with us every step of the way. Our open house weekend was extremely active and we sold our home within days For above asking price! When we needed someone or something, she was always quick with a recommendation of a stellar person or company. We consider ourselves to be lucky to have had Vicky as our realtor!
