Tyler did a fantastic job selling our property in TX. He is kind, trustworthy, honest, and knowledgeable of the real estate market. He took care of our property, from making it ready to market to selling it within 3-months. Tyler helped us find the perfect home and we knew it the minute we went it. We were able to close in 3 weeks!!! At the same time, we listed our previous house and it was under contract in 2 weeks and 17 days for closing. This made it a lil over a month between listing and closing. This was also at the peak time of when people would be looking in the summer and want their children settled in school. Most homes of our size and caliber had been on sale for about 3 - 4 months and he did it in 2 weeks!!! We highly recommend him and will use him in the future.
