I sold a couple's home of 26 years so they could move closer to their grandkids and purchase two homes: one for themselves and one for their recently widowed daughter and grandkids. Those 3 transactions were once-in-a-career kind of special.
I got licensed to help my daughter, a top producing agent, as a transaction coordinator. After six months, I decided to retire from education and pursue real estate full-time. We've been running ever since!
