When trying to relocate to Texas for work, my husband and I needed HELP! Laine was absolutely fabulous with coordinating with my husband and I, while my husband was in one state for work and I was at our previous home in a different state. We had a VERY short time frame in which we needed to find a rental and laine found us our home in under that time frame! Working with TK Realty has been an amazing experience. I moved to Texas from California knowing basically nothing about life in this new state, and as someone who likes to fully understand everything, Laine was the perfect person to help guide us through such a massive life change. She not only educated us on the home buying process, but also on everyday topics about living in Texas, everything from how car registration works here to homestead exemptions, how to prevent pipes from freezing, and so many other little things you don't think about that end up saving time and money. Throughout negotiations, escrow, and all the twists of the home-buying journey, Laine was punctual, organized, and incredibly informative. I ask a lot of questions (including plenty of hypotheticals), and somehow Laine has mastered patience, she responds to every inquiry promptly and thoroughly. Most importantly, she's honest. If she's unsure about something, she says so openly and follows up after researching it. Thanks to her, my wife and I found a beautiful home, made our move with minimal stress, and even months after closing, we still chat about random things. Laine genuinely cares. We'll absolutely be working with Laine and TK Realty for future homes and investments, and I HIGHLY recommend them!
