They know exactly what works for this market and will save you many hours researching properties. They curated listings in my sweet spot, and Tyler helped negotiate my deal, including getting a $6,500 concession from the sellers. But other realtors may do similar things. What differentiates this team is that they are there for you AFTER the sale and connect you with a large group of other area-based Airbnb owners, who can provide you with everything from handyman contacts to all sorts of other resources. If its on their list, its worth checking out if fits your goals. This is my second property buying through them. I cant imagine a short term rental investor in WNC using any other realtor group.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler is amazing and really understands STRs! This was one of the hardest closing I have ever done because of the lender. We had to renegotiate with the seller many times. Tyler was able to work his magic to keep the sellers calm and move forward with closing which I think most realtors would of not been able to keep the deal alive. He also has an amazing network that will be a big benefit to you!

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler has gone above and beyond helping me find my first short term rental property. He and his team are knowledgeable, diligent and caring about you and your needs. They will work with you as long as you need to find the right property and will not push you into a property that is not right. However, they will try to steer you away from one that will not work as you intend it to (not a good investment).

I have bought and sold houses here during the last 26 years, and none have provided me with the kind of service, insight and encouragement as Tyler. I wish I had met him sooner.I have remodeled several houses in the area, some of which I have flipped and some I have kept as rentals. I thought I had a pretty good handle on the market. I was about to market one of my rental properties on my own to save on commissions, but eventually decided to consult with Tyler. His market insight, knowledge of current conditions, recommendations as to how to prepare the home for sale, and pre-marketing preparations resulted in a quick and profitable sale. The day the house hit the market I received three qualified offers, in other words, a bidding contest. This resulted in a profit about 50% higher than what I had hoped for before I started working with Tyler Coon.I will definitely ask him to help me with the marketing of the next house.

ZillowVERIFIED Tyler was great. Wife and I are first-time buyers in Asheville. We scouted the area for months and initially we worked with another realtor but always seemed to miss the chance to view a house or place an offer before they were gone. When we did find a house, there were issues of which the previous realtor was unaware. Not so with Tyler. If we wanted to see a house, we were there in hours. He had all manners of infromation (MLS, GIS, Survey, tax records, aerial images, etc) available on his tablet. Throughout the buying process Tyler was there in-person or via text/call -- almost immediately -- to answer our questions and help us negotiate the purchase and closing details. For those reading this in the future, we were closing the middle of the COVID-19 episode. Tyler navigated all of it and even succeeded in getting us to the closing table ahead of schedule. We are quote satisfied. Finally, it appears Tyler is building quite a network of reliable, associated tradesmen. If you need painting, roofing, inspecting... even on-site gutter fabrication he'll know several people. In short, Tyler is relentless in getting his clients what they need and his knowledge of the local market will only improve over time.
