The Haven team, from Galen to Emily to Mary and Charlene were absolute rock stars from beginning to end. Galen negotiated the deal and we were under contract in under 4 hours! Communication is the key to real estate, and not getting immediate answers when time is crucial can be super frustrating. This wasn't a thing with Haven. Galen and Mary answered everything quickly and with the needed information, and showed great patience for what I call "high anxiety buyers". Charlene kept the documents coming with clear instructions on what needed to be done, and always answered near immediately when we did have a question. All around, the team at Haven couldn't have done a better job. We'll be back when we add a STR as our next purchase. Thanks so much!
