Tyler is amazing and really understands STRs! This was one of the hardest closing I have ever done because of the lender. We had to renegotiate with the seller many times. Tyler was able to work his magic to keep the sellers calm and move forward with closing which I think most realtors would of not been able to keep the deal alive.
