Ty and his team were genuinely an outstanding resource for us when we were relocating from the San Francisco area to Portland. He and his assistant Denae worked tirelessly for us; they were prompt to all our viewings, responsive via email and text, professional and very knowledgeable. We were completely new to Portland at the time, so Tys careful guidance was incredibly valuable to us. He took the time to understand our family unique situation and thoughtfully nudged us into the right direction when we were uncertain. When we were finally ready to make a decision, he was an expert at assessing the situation and negotiating on our behalf. Its actually been over 2 years since our purchase, but even now we still look back at our experience, thankful that were fortunate to have Ty and his team there to help us.
