Mom never worked with another realtor after meeting Tracy. Tracy handled several properties for my Mother's estate. Tracy was then exclusively used by me, even after I moved out of state. She would help with advice in purchasing property. After the death of my sister, I had no doubt that Tracy was the one to assist me with the remodel and sale of her condo. Being so far away, I had no doubt that Tracy would work in my best interest. If there were any issues, I knew I could count on her and her many resources to assist in any situation

ZillowVERIFIED BE CAUTIOUS following Ms. Wenger's advice! I considered using her to sell a long term rental I own in Broad Run Farms - - she is well known in marketing this neighborhood. She touted her extensive expertise with buying and selling investment properties and pushed the concept of selling my home through a 1031 or reverse 1031 as something she does often (we had already signed a buyer broker agreement to locate other rental purchases, assuming she would sell our existing home)....after lengthy follow up and research, and a serious argument with my long term accountant, I learned that much of Ms. Wenger's advise was not accurate and would have costs me huge additional tax losses!! **BOOT funds was ignored.....**the very short period of time to locate another property under a reverse 1031 was not considered....and **the overall value of the properties which need to be re-purchased was prohibitive. Following her advice would have costs me $20k extra in tax loss, and possibly more than $40k! I would expect that a professional agent being paid to do a specific type of transaction would either give solid advice, or research something before they give advice. Or not offer advice on something they were not expert in! I almost listened to her!! I chose a different agent, who sold my house within weeks, for $15k more than Ms. Wenger felt my home was worth....just be careful!!

ZillowVERIFIED Oh my gosh I dont know where to start. Tracy is one of the best out there. Ive used her for 11 sales and purchases since 1996. Shes very good at what she does and the last house she sold for us sold over listing price within 6 days of being listed for sale. Honestly, she knows how to market your house but most importantly, she remains calm and collected - even though the process of buying and selling can be very stressful. I highly recommend Tracy!

She put together a very professional buyers packet of information, created a website for our listing, brought in a photographer/videographer who did an excellent job, and provided advice on staging our house. She also signed us up to use an app called Showing Time that allowed us to schedule showings; the app was great and kept us feeling involved and aware of listing activity. We sold the house in 9 days, she expertly negotiated with the buyers and made the whole process very stress free.

Her knowledge about the prices and her negotiation skills are amazing. She has helped me many times with staging the house before listing. She has saved me money in several occasions when dealing with removing an oil tank from underground or purchasing insurance on the property or finding contractors to give estimates for work, or deciding on doing something. ZillowVERIFIED Tracy is the only real estate agent I would ever work with. My first professional experience with her was when she helped my mother buy her first house. Then she helped my sister and her husband sell their house when the market was in a free fall. When my sister, her husband and I decided to buy a house together, she looked long and hard to find us the perfect place. Our list of must haves was short, but absolutely essential, as we needed distinctly separate living spaces due my to brother-in-law's extreme allergy to my pets. Well, she found us a house that was everything we needed and then some! Of course, the house was a short-sell...what a nightmare those can be. But she hung in there, fought hard for us and three years later we could not be happier! But the greatest gift she ever gave us was when my mother died after a very short illness. We were reeling from the shock of it all, and she stepped in and literally took care of doing everything that needed to be in order to get the house sold. And I do mean everything. Hire this woman. You will not regret it.

I started with a realtor but ended up being friends with Tracy because that is how she makes you feel. I purchased a townhome a rental property.
