She was totally awesome from start to finish. Thanks for making the journey so easy. We have used Tracy over 20x from personal properties to rental properties. Thanks for being the best of the best

Working with Tracy Wenger has been an absolute pleasureaEUR"twice now! Her responsiveness, clarity, and steady guidance made the entire process feel smooth and stress-free. Tracy was always there when I needed her, and I truly felt supported every step of the way. I couldnt have asked for a better partner in this journey.

My family or I have have worked with Tracy for many years starting back in 1990. She made an incredible impression on my Mother. Mom never worked with another realtor after meeting Tracy. Tracy handled several properties for my Mother's estate. Tracy was then exclusively used by me, even after I moved out of state. She would help with advice in purchasing property. After the death of my sister, I had no doubt that Tracy was the one to assist me with the remodel and sale of her condo. Being so far away, I had no doubt that Tracy would work in my best interest. If there were any issues, I knew I could count on her and her many resources to assist in any situation

Tracy was great with helping us sell our house! She was very knowledgeable with the area and how to price the house. She was able to get the house sold quickly. I would highly recommend her and will use her again in the future.
