Tracy Hickok

Tracy Hickok, of John L. Scott, began her real estate career in 2007, when she joined her husband Scott to form the Hickok & Associates team. Before working in real estate, Tracy worked in the service industry and corporate world and decided to join Scott as a broker after seeing his passion for the work he was doing helping others through real estate. After interviewing with several real estate companies, Tracy found her home at John L. Scott, where she knew she had the support needed to provide clients with the world-class service they deserve.

The clients Tracy works with run the gamut from people just starting out with home ownership to the most discerning of buyers and sellers - and everyone in between! She often works with clients in Renton, Kent, Maple Valley, Issaquah, Bellevue, Seattle, Fall City and Duvall. Tracy's clients appreciate her industry knowledge and true dedication to their needs and goals - she doesn't sugar-coat and gives her clients realistic pros and cons for a home sale or purchase.

When working with sellers, Tracy takes an eight-step approach to provide world-class service. This approach includes the John L. Scott Seller Listing Launch, hyper-local social media and Google advertising and top-notch HD photography, which can include drone shots, a 3D tour of the home and virtual staging if needed. She also generates buzz around the listing by getting the word out to local businesses, her personal database and her lender's database, as well as talking to neighbors prior to the home going live. A themed event, advertising to the local community and partnering with local brands to stage listings are all other tactics Tracy employs to find the perfect buyer for a home.

A passionate animal advocate, Tracy contributes her time and money to Old Dog Haven and Progressive Animal Welfare Society (PAWS). When she's not working, she enjoys traveling with her husband and their little dogs. She also likes to hike, kayak, read and spend time with family and good friends. Tracy is inspired by the memories and experiences shared with her family and pets, which inspire her to continue reaching her goals.
