We were referred to Tracy by a friend, and listening to their advice an excellent decision! Having the right person to help you look for a home is essential if you want to have any success finding the perfect one. I didn't believe this until I had the pleasure of working with Vanessa; as potential first time home owners, her ability to make my wife and I comfortable, as well as confident to start the process was key to taking the initial steps.After starting the process, Vanessa met with to help us gather all the necessary documentation, explained the ins and outs of the Market and put us in contact with the best people available to handle the financial side of it all and got us approved.When everything in place, Vanessa continue to impress us with her knowledge of the areas, her positive attitude and patience, as she did not want us to settle on a home.
