ZillowVERIFIED Tony had helped us buy a house previously, I knew he would also be great with the selling process. He took most of it out of our hands, setting up a professional cleaner, professional photographer, leading to listing it for us. With the preparation he took, the listing came out amazing. Even as the market was slowing down, we were able to get many views, leading to some offers. Tony then lead us through the negotiation process after the inspection. He walked us through the entire process and made it way easier on us. Couldn't have done it without Tony! HIGHLY Recommend.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony is an excellent realtor. From start to finish, he never missed a beat. I had a ton of questions and he always pointed me in the right direction - his knowledge of the industry clearly covers more than just what he is required to know. Tony consistently advocated for me as a buyer and I'm confident he looks after all of his clients equally. He is truly a man of integrity.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony went above and beyond to ensure me and my family had a home. He tirelessly worked for us going back and forth with the builders to get us the best deal possible. He even went as far as to go and take measurements for us in the house so we were able to order the right size blinds and fridge. If you are looking for a home in the Augusta, GA area than there is no one better than Tony Carujo.

ZillowVERIFIED We couldnt have asked for a more knowledgeable agent to make things run so smoothly. They knew of resources to get us a last minute pre approval. Other resources such as termite letter and home inspection he recommended. We highly recommend Tony and Samatha for such a wonderful experience in the home buying and selling process.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony did an amazing job. We started talking when I was a potential buyer that wasn't local. Tony still put forth his full effort to assist me even though it didn't guarantee any business. When we informed him of a last minute visit, he lined up several houses that were of interest. Fortunately for us, Tony assisted us in submitting an offer that got accepted. He has still been answering questions, even after the deal has been closed. HIGHLY recommend Tony for any sort of house purchase. You will be very happy with the service received.

ZillowVERIFIED Tony and Sam made the sale of our house the easiest process possible! We live in a different state but Tony and Sam kept us always so informed and updated that it felt as if we had been there the whole time. We went under contract in less than 24 hours! Now we have amazing friends and realtors in Georgia and if/when life takes us back to that area we will absolutely go to them to find the perfect home.

ZillowVERIFIED So I have bought three total properties from Tony and every time it has been a super easy experience with everything in place. I have not only had a house built for me but also he was able to locate me an investment property that is working out pretty amazing. Also, if I ever have any questions I know Tony is just a phone call away. Super easy to work with and really just can't recommend him enough. I recommend him to all my friends looking to buy houses or to get into real estate as well. Hopefully, I am able to buy a few more properties through him in the near future.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience from start to finish. The whole process was wrapped up in 30 days from the initial showing to the closing. Tony and his team are professional, courteous, efficient and attentive. At no time did we ever feel pressured or rushed. He zeroed in on exactly what we wanted to see and did not present properties that would not work for us. Tony runs a very buttoned-down operation and we highly recommend him for your real estate needs. We look forward to running into him around town and getting to know him even better.

ZillowVERIFIED After meeting with several realtors, & visiting multiple properties it felt like my family and I would never find a home. That was until I met Tony Corujo. After one visit I knew this was my guy. The very first location was perfect. After roughly 48 hours my family, & I were ready to take that next step. However, my career change provided an opportunity in which I had to leave town. I highly recommend Mr. Corujo - You will be happy you reached out to him!
