ZillowVERIFIEDTina was great. She sold our property quickly in a very tough buyers market. Communication was outstanding since a lot of this was done as I was out of the country. When any issues happened they were dealt with promptly, professionally and to my total satisfaction. Her knowledge and skills went way above what I expected. I would not hesitate to recommend Tina if you are looking to sell your prperty. Ray

ZillowVERIFIED I cannot praise out realtor Tina Evans enough. Tina is an exceptional realtor and an absolute champion for her clients. We cannot express enough how grateful we are for her services. We started our home search with Tina on the 4th of July and by 11 o'clock the next morning we were under contract on a home that perfectly matched our needs. Tina helped us through the negotiations and we got the houes for well under asking price. Her knowledge of what to look for during the inspection prcess ended up saving us more than $10k in costly repairs. She was by our side from day one right through the closing, guiding us through the process and making sure the everything went as smooth as possible. This is our fifth home purchase and it was, by far, the most pleasurable and stress-free one to date. We will always recommend Tina and Paradise Exclusive when asked.

ZillowVERIFIED Being a mortgage lender, communication is key. Tina kept the contract moving along and kept us posted on the progress of repairs she negotiated to be completed prior to closing for her buyer. She also did an inspection a few days before closing, found a new issue, and negotiated an additional credit for her buyers prior to closing. Great job Tina!

Tina Evans helped my Veteran son purchase his 1st home. First time homebuyers need a lot of hand holding which Tina did through the whole process. Everything closed without a hitch, and he loves his new home. Tina is a exceptional realtor and we highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED We had two lots in the Port Charlotte area that we wanted to sell. Without knowledge of local realtors, we fortunately found Tina Evans. We explained our desires and goals to her. Tina provided us comparables and helped us decide on asking prices for both lots. She knew contractors and developers in the area and marketed our properties by making those connections. When we got offers, she negotiated for us and got us higher prices than our goals in both cases. Tina was always focused on our goals. We are very pleased with the outcome and have Tina to thank for that.

ZillowVERIFIED This was our second time having Tina on our side as our agent. I would not think twice about using her and can not say enough about her. She is very knowledgeable and professional and really keeps her clients interest in mind. Her recommendations also helped us navigate what could have been a very lengthy and unpleasant process and it was so streamlined and pleasant. I would recommend her to any/all looking for their "dream" home. Tina kept her cool during a very unpleasant encounter involving another realtor which we unfortunately overheard, but Tina acted as though nothing happened and had great control. Believe me you want her on your side. Thank you Tona

ZillowVERIFIED Tina Evans is everything you want in a realtor. She is a tireless worker who puts her clients interests first and always has your back. From being a fierce negotiator to a smooth mediator she is superb. We were lucky to get Tina when we called about a listing. She immediately found out what were looking for and set up 8 listings in one day. We found the house we wanted and she helped us negotiate the best price and perks. She kept in contact with our VA lender and the title company, keeping us informed at all times. She coordinated all inspections. She really reduced much of the stress associated with buying a house. To top it all off, as a closing gift she gave us a one year home warranty for our appliance. Tina is professional, friendly, magnificent work ethic, and honest.

ZillowVERIFIED Please delete previously submitted review. Ms Evans listed and sold our home for us. She was recommended by a friend whose husband was a realtor, so I was confident I had picked the right person of the four agents I interviewed. Almost all of the listing and sales transactions were completed long distance...by phone or email. She took all the worries out of selling the home for us which was a great comfort. She was knowledgeable about local conditions, kept me informed as the process unfolded, and shared market data and analysis with me so that I felt I was directly involved.

ZillowVERIFIED We've known Tina Evans for several years having met her through a neighbors real estate sale which she handled. We found Tina to be very friendly and personable. A year or so later we too decided to sell our home and immediately thought of her. Tina is a very professional young lady who is very knowledgeable about her work but most of all, she takes the time necessary to help you feel comfortable with your decision regarding real estate matters. She was always available and returned calls promptly. In addition, Tina is involved with the organization "Homes for Hero's" which was of great benefit to us. This program can save you lots of money with brokerage fees, title fees, inspection fees and more if you qualify. It is definitely worth talking to her about. Tina Evans has helped us with three endeavors. Each has been positive and rewarding. We would not hesitate recommending her to friends and family and have no doubt that she will be the real estate agent that we will contact in the future. It has been our pleasure to have met and worked with Tina.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina is absolutely the BEST agent you will find. Tina has demonstrated professionalism, commitment, sincerity, integrity, and overall superb service. I contacted Tina regarding a home on Lemon Bay. I flew in from LA, after review I decided not to buy and thought what a wasted trip. But it wasnt because Tina cleared her schedule for me the next day, and we toured over 12 houses but nothing fit. About a month later I asked Tina to review another home for me and even though it was her day off, Tina called me right back, and she dropped everything so we could do a FaceTime tour of the home. I made an offer that afternoon and the seller accepted. Tina worked out all the details. Now we have the home of our dreams right next to Lemon Bay Park! Tina did an unbelievable job! If you want to sell OR BUY a home, call Tina Evans.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina sold our home in four days! She made the process effortless, and dealing with her was pleasurable, and very entertaining! Her spirit cannot be broken, we found this out upon looking for a home on the water to retire. Her relentless efforts paid off, and we are now contracted to purchase a beautiful home on the intracoastal in the neighborhood we wanted. Without her negotiations, her skills, and endless support, we may never have obtained our dreams. She even went further to help us by finding us a beautiful rental during high season, and we could not have been happier. Friends for life, that is what this realtor has become to me.

ZillowVERIFIED Tina was with us for over 2 years. We looked at many homes and she was very patient with us, while we figured out where and what we wanted to by, and even when our cirteria kept changing. What impresses me most about Tina is her patience, postive attitude, non-judemental, her sense of humor, her willingness to help, no matter what your price range and then finally, her guidance through the final closing process. She was with us at every step and was always reachable and quickly responded to our contacts.

ZillowVERIFIED I initially talked with Tina via phone regarding a house we were interested in. Before even meeting with us, she took the time to do an extensive comparable price analysis. We eventually decided to make an offer on the house, and she exhibited excellent negotiation skills in working with the listing agent to enable our purchasing the home significantly below the asking price.
