Being a mortgage lender, communication is key. Tina kept the contract moving along and kept us posted on the progress of repairs she negotiated to be completed prior to closing for her buyer. She also did an inspection a few days before closing, found a new issue, and negotiated an additional credit for her buyers prior to closing. Great job Tina!

Tina was great. She sold our property quickly in a very tough buyers market. Communication was outstanding since a lot of this was done as I was out of the country. When any issues happened they were dealt with promptly, professionally and to my total satisfaction. Her knowledge and skills went way above what I expected.
