Being a mortgage lender, communication is key. Tina kept the contract moving along and kept us posted on the progress of repairs she negotiated to be completed prior to closing for her buyer. She also did an inspection a few days before closing, found a new issue, and negotiated an additional credit for her buyers prior to closing. Great job Tina!
